Hygiene & documentation
Instrument reprocessing follows our internal hygiene plan and numbered SOPs. Personal protective equipment, concentration, contact time, process settings and final release are documented for every cycle.
01 · Intake & ultrasound
After visual inspection, used instruments remain separated. Disinfectant is dosed to manufacturer instructions; full immersion, fluid level and the defined ultrasonic cycle are verified.
02 · Cleaning, inspection & drying
Mechanical cleaning under running water removes remaining residue. Each item is then inspected, sorted and fully dried; damaged or uncertain instruments are excluded.
03 · Packaging & thermal disinfection
Released instruments are packaged with minimal contact. Temperature, time and the disinfection cycle are set on the device and entered in the designated record.
04 · Protected storage
Sealed pouches are checked after the cycle and stored protected until use. The intact packaging safeguards against recontamination.
Cosmetic treatment is carried out only on intact skin and nail plate. In the event of bleeding, inflammation, suspected infection, significant pain, an allergic reaction or concerning pigmentation, we do not treat and recommend professional assessment.
